# Order tent cards

Choose the cards, add your file and contact details. Nothing is printed or charged until you approve the proof we email you.

Use the order form at https://tent-cards.ca/order/ or email info@tent-cards.ca with size, quantity per design, number of designs, bundling, artwork link, delivery city and deadline.

## What happens after you send this

- Send the order and your file: Fill in the [order form](https://tent-cards.ca/order/) and add a link to your print-ready PDF. No file yet? Use our [free templates](https://tent-cards.ca/templates/) or tell us what you need.
- Approve the proof: We check the file for size, bleed and resolution, then email a proof with the final total including shipping and tax.
- We print and ship: Printing takes 4 to 5 business days after approval. Cards ship flat across Canada and fold in a few seconds each.

## Before you send

**What file do you need?**

A print-ready PDF in CMYK at 300 dpi with 1/16″ bleed on every side, laid out as the full flat sheet. The [file setup guide](https://tent-cards.ca/guides/artwork-file-setup/) and [templates](https://tent-cards.ca/templates/) show the layout.

**How do I send the file?**

Paste a share link from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or WeTransfer in the form. Make sure anyone with the link can view it. You can also reply to our email with the file attached.

**I need several designs. What do I do?**

Send one order and list the designs and quantities in the message. Each design is priced as its own run of at least 100, and we confirm the total with the proof.
