# Tent cards for offices, clinics and reception desks

At a front desk, the same three questions come up all day. A tent card answers them before anyone asks.

## Common front-desk cards

- Check-in: A QR code to check in or fill forms on a phone, with the steps in large type.
- Wi-Fi for guests: Guest network details on meeting room and waiting room tables.
- Policies: Cancellation policy, payment and insurance notes, mask or fragrance policies. Short and polite.
- Booking and referrals: Book the next visit online, or refer a friend.
- Meeting rooms: Room name, how to book, how to use the screen and who to call for help.

## Keep it readable

Waiting rooms include people with low vision. Use large type (at least 14 pt), high contrast and plain language. Put the most important line at the top of each face.
