# Counter tent cards for retail stores

The checkout counter is where shoppers wait with nothing to do. A small card there sells the add-on, the gift card or the loyalty sign-up.

## What to put by the till

- Loyalty and email sign-up: A QR code and the reward for joining.
- Gift cards: Especially before holidays.
- Add-ons: Batteries, care products, warranties or a seasonal item on the counter.
- Store policies: Returns, exchanges and payment notes in plain words, so staff do not repeat them all day.
- Reviews and social: Where to leave a review or follow the shop.

## Counters, shelves and windows

Tent cards also work on display tables and shelves next to a product, as a small shelf talker that stands on its own. For a window, a tent card faces two ways: the street and the store.

## Example orders
