Hotel room tent cards

A tent card on the nightstand or desk answers the questions guests would otherwise call the front desk about, and points them to what the hotel sells.

What hotel tent cards cover

Wi-Fi

Network name and password, or a Wi-Fi QR code. This is the question front desks hear most.

Linen and towel reuse

A short note on how to request fresh linen. Clear wording cuts confusion for housekeeping.

Dining and room service

Restaurant hours, a QR code to the room service menu, breakfast times.

Spa, pool and amenities

Hours and how to book.

Checkout and late checkout

Time, how to request a later checkout, and express checkout steps.

Lobby and bar

Tent cards on lobby and bar tables promote happy hour or the restaurant.

Long-life content

Hotel cards stay in rooms for months, so print information that will not change soon. Put changing prices and hours behind a QR code that you can update.

Bilingual properties often print English on one face and French on the other.

Questions

Can I print a different card for each room type?

Yes, as separate designs of 100 or more each. Most hotels use one card for every room to keep costs down.
